Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you may cancel your subscription and the Premium Services (in each case) contracted at any time at any time. Our team will calculate the price of the final cancellation, for which you must request such cancellation, being effective once the final payment is settled. All our customers have 7 calendar days to cancel their subscription service completely without penalty.

Can I upgrade or change my OIKIACARE HOME subscription plan?

Yes, you can do it anytime. To do so, you must cancel the current plan and sign up for the new subscription plan. You must write to customer@oikiacare. com requesting the unsubscription and indicating your contract number to change your OIKIACARE HOME subscription plan.
